City of Surrey - 2025 Permit Fees Guide
A summary of common Permit fees for new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements in Surrey, based on the 2025 fee schedule. To calculate the main Building Permit fee, please use the City's online calculator (link below). Important: The calculator shows the 35% upfront deposit, not the total fee. For example, for a $100,000 residential construction, the calculator shows a $506.80 deposit, meaning the total fee is $1,448.
This is a guide only. Official fees are determined by the City at the time of application and are subject to change.
